Deposits:
Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your final total.
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly require at least 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
No Shows:
No-shows will be charged 100% of the schedule service and may require a deposit before booking again.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to respect other clients’ time.
